The pay is decent.
You'll be working for idiots. The stupidity of management is astounding, will be called in to work the weekend and an hour in, run out of parts. Why come in to work mandatory it, when there's no parts. Definitely the blind leading the blind.
None really.
The constant change in direction, poor management in display at it's finest, this also trickles down to department Managers.
Better management top to bottom.

Hitting the doors two hours after you were supposed to leave.
You can get a lot of vacation time if you don't miss too much and make good money in overtime
