RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably with experience working, or training, in an F45 environment.

Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts

CERTIFICATIONS

Job Description

Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines

Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports
Qualifications
Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
Current state of Maryland license, CPR certification
1+ years' experience preferred in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting

Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 -$95,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Position Summary:
As a Physical Therapist at Fitness for Health, you will be crucial in delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions to pediatric and adult patients. You will work closely with children to support the development of essential life skills, improve functional abilities, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Provide patient care and treatment
Implement treatment plans
Monitor and document patient progress
Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve mobility and function
Train clients in 1:1 or group exercise sessions
Ideal Candidate:
Education: Masters degree from an accredited Physical Therapist program (Required)
License/Certification: Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist (Required)
Experience: Pediatric experience, especially with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and learning disorders, is a plus but not required
Skills: Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
One weekend day is required for full-time therapists

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably with experience working, or training, in an F45 environment.
Must have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it)
1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer
Plenty of hours on offer must be available on weekends
Character, care, and communication skills
Energetic and attentive
Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking
Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook
Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout
CERTIFICATIONS
Nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA
Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
Must be group training certified
