    F45 created a Department of Defense (DoD) approved SkillBridge Fitness Internship Training Program that helps active duty service members convert their military experience into the fitness industry with F45…prior to being discharged from active duty service. If you are currently on active duty and looking to join our F45 SkillBridge Program, please submit your application to this F45 Military Host studio to be considered. Military Interns can be placed at F45 Military host studios for up to 6 months (180 days) at no cost to the host studio. The purpose of the internship is to train, educate, and prepare interns to be considered for employment at an F45 location upon completion of their internship. Upon completing the F45 SkillBridge Program, participants will be Certified Personal Trainers (CPTs) and will be considered for employment. Responsibilities Interning/assisting with coaching and motivating members of the studio while leading them through predetermined workouts Interning/assisting with conducting in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members Interning/assisting while learning the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries Interning/assisting with promoting and selling F45 services in the studio, which assist in membership growth and retention Interning/assisting with light service desk responsibilities Interning/assisting with demonstrating and completing every exercise in the workouts with perfect form Interning/assisting with giving regressions and progressions for all exercises Interning/assisting with set up, break down, clean and store away equipment around studio floor before and/ or after classes Interning/assisting with any/all day-to-day responsibilities determined by the studio owner(s), studio manager(s), head trainer(s), and coach(es) in order to deliver the worlds best workout Qualifications A US Military service member, currently on active duty Actively working towards obtaining and completing their Fitness Certification, CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, and AED Certification within the first eight weeks of their internship Certifications Within the first eight weeks, obtain a nationally accredited fitness certification (i.e. ISSA, NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA, etc.) Within the first eight weeks, obtain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification We embody and live our brand.     Job Description As a Counseling Intern with our Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team, you will not only have the opportunity to observe and learn from our counselors with the AllHealth Network FACT team at our Wellness Center location, but also to get hands on experience working with clients who need specialized care due to their criminal justice involvement and serious behavioral health symptoms. The ideal candidate will be interested in a forensic/criminal justice and mental health career. Under the supervision of a Licensed Therapist our interns will support the Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team by providing Individual and group services hours to gain experience with assessments, treatment goals and treatment plan development. Interns will work with seriously and persistently mentally ill clients who are criminal justice involved including those released from custody awaiting competency restoration, awaiting trial and those who are on probation. All Interns will sit with clients on medication management appointments and certification appointments. Interns will therapeutically support clients when they appear in court. Interns will observe several different counselors in real-time conversations and interventions with the client and be given an opportunity lead conversations themselves. Interns will provide community based and office based services such as case management, care navigation, behavioral health counseling, rapport building and goal development, de-escalation, skills building, care coordination, clinical interventions, and psychoeducation. Interns will also liaise with the court navigator and other 18th judicial district partners such as public defenders and probation officers. As with all internships you will receive direct supervision from and be in daily contact with your internship supervisor. AllHealth Network does not allow any video recordings for school assignments. Title and Hours required: · The FACT team works Mon-Friday business hours, with Friday's ending at 3:00 in the afternoon (1/2 day). The ideal candidate will work 3 days a week. Hybrid is available. · Ideal internship candidates are individuals who have an interest in criminal justice involved clients with serious and persistent mental illness. · This individual will be expected to drive to see clients in the community only after safety has been assessed. Mileage is reimbursed or a company car can be reserved. · A minimum of about 16-20 hours per week along with a 9-12 month commitment. The placement typically follows the academic year and begins in the Summer/ Fall semester. · Open to hourly requirement or Semester by semester term-length requirement · Location: Wellness Center, 5554 South Prince Street, Littleton, CO 80120 · Must have access to transportation to see clients in the community, and not just at the facility. The Mental Health Associate/Intern will provide on-site mental health services to formerly homeless children and their families living in permanent supportive housing in Pleasant Hill. The position can be part or full-time depending on your needs. Individual supervision, group supervision and training are all provided. Associates provide services in an on-site play therapy room, in family homes and in the community. Some evening and occasional weekend hours will be required. Applicants of diverse backgrounds who have experience working with low-income families with multiple challenges are encouraged to apply. Applicants with competency working with culturally diverse populations are strongly desired. WHAT YOU'LL DO Support formerly homeless children to reach their full potential (75%) : Provide milieu-based mental health services to individual children living in permanent supportive housing who are experiencing emotional challenges. Many of these children may be receiving EPSDT (Early and Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment) services. Provide on-site individual and group mental health therapeutic services to children. Assist in delivering on-site parenting support groups to families. Collaborate with case managers and the youth enrichment coordinator to provide support for individual children and their families, using a team approach. Assist with staff supervision of volunteer programs and community activities delivered to families served by CCIH. These may include evening and occasional weekend commitments. Work with other staff members to provide community resources for families and individuals, such as social and health related activities, life-skills and employment support, and youth enrichment. Stay on top of the paperwork and administrative details to keep the program running (15%) : Complete accurate and timely EPSDT chart notes for all services provided to children who are assigned under this contract. Meet individual EPSDT contract goals for hourly billing, including averaging a minimum of 10 - 12 hours per week (depending on work schedule) of direct service to clients who are assigned under this contract. Assist the services team with appropriate clinical documentation, including progress notes, service delivery documentation, reports, and forms. Continuously improve your skills and work with team members and community partners to provide excellent services (10%) Participate in weekly group and individual supervision, using that time to work on developing therapeutic skills and clinical knowledge, as well as exploring growth opportunities as a mental health provider. Participate in clinical training as possible/needed. Represent CCIH in a professional manner in all circumstances. Maintain awareness of culturally diverse consumer populations and perform duties in a culturally competent manner. Qualifications Position Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling. Registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an intern working toward licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC. Experience with low-income and disenfranchised populations desired. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Computer proficiency in the use of Microsoft, and database applications. Must pass LiveScan screening and TB test. Additional Information Physical Requirements: Ability to walk up and down stairs and up to ½ mile at any one time. Ability to sit for up to 2 hours without a break. Ability to perform repetitive movements, such as typing and filing, and the use of commonly used office machines and supplies. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Ability to speak on the telephone for up to 3 hours. Must have an operational vehicle, auto insurance, and valid driver's license.
