Janitorial is responsible for the cleaning operations of the entire club and ensures that the Gym, Offices, Kids Club, and Juice Bar are clean and organized throughout the day. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Housekeeping Duties Clean windows, glass doors and mirrors in the gym. Wipe down equipment, doors and floors regularly. Empty all trash receptacles daily. Sweep, vacuum and mop floors/stairwells/staircases. Shampoo the carpet as needed. Dust and clean exercise equipment. Clean and disinfecting the toilets, shower stalls and changing areas. Responsible for delivering the ultimate customer service experience; contribute to running a clean, friendly and well-maintained club, and executing the team member basics of being on time and complying with the dress code. The Kids Club Attendant provides a safe, fun and interactive environment to children using the Kid's Club. Conducts monthly, weekly, and daily meetings with the coaches to review performance and operations and offer direction, motivation, and guidance toward achieving personal and club goals. • Handles member service matters such as providing tours of the Club, explaining services offered by the Coaching Department, and signing a member up for training agreements and appointments. • Mediates member issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, elevating issues when appropriate. • Performs various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed. • Alerts the Operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs in the club. Personally, conducts facility walk throughs daily. • Supervises coach sales activities. Reviews agreements and prepares daily paperwork. • Complies with operational procedures in the club and follows-up with compliance checks through the monitoring of club systems and employee performance. ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS: The MMA Sales Admin Manager will report directly to the FitnessManager and/or General Manager. The Fitness Kickboxing Coach is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service during Group and Private Training. Coaches are responsible for the successful attainment of revenue goals pertaining to Private Training. This position requires a minimum of one day on the weekend. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Execution on Key Metrics Sell and conduct private and small group training with members. The Membership Specialist (MS) will represent UFC GYM by providing a welcoming, informative and entertaining experience for all members and guests during their visits. The Membership Specialist is responsible for driving potential members into the gym to deliver industry leading customer services to them as well as our current members. This service must translate into exceeding personal revenue targets issued by management through both internal and external prospecting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation & Appointment Booking External marketing, promotions and prospecting. This is a daily activity and requires off site promotions including distributing passes, building relationships with local merchants and branding events to inform the community of UFC gym and services, ultimately resulting into leads. (A lead is a non-member's name and contact information.) Internal marketing and prospecting. This includes collecting leads at the point of enrollment and from the current member base through relationship building and referral tables. These activities must translate into lead gathering.
