F45 Trainer Key Responsibilities:
Leading F45 High-Intensity Interval Group Training Classes
Delivering instruction in the F45 Terminology
Ensuring members are using correct form at all times
Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises
Inspiring and promoting an energetic environment
Attending to any injuries suffered by staff or clients
Assists with pre-opening activities by attending promotional events with team members to introduce the service or extend the brand
Enrolls new members on site or in the community
Able to multitask and think on their feet
Completing client fitness appraisals
Welcome members by name
Meet with the training team to discuss daily, weekly, monthly goals.
Perform opening, closing, and in-between class duties
Ensure the studio is impeccable at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio
Assist the Sales Manager and Head Trainer in welcoming new clients and retaining current members

This is an outpatient pediatric dietitian role that will work one on one with kids and their families for nutritional counseling including: general pediatric nutrition, disordered eating, weight management and tube feeding. This role will primarily work out of Primary Children's outpatient locations in Salt Lake and Riverton

Completes and documents nutrition assessment.
Assess and interpret nutrition-related lab values.
Identifies and documents nutrition diagnosis.
Identifies and implements appropriate nutrition interventions including quality nutrition education based on customer needs, expectations, and culture.
Monitors and evaluates individual nutrition outcomes related to nutrition diagnosis, goals, and interventions.
Communicates nutrition expertise with all appropriate healthcare providers.
Collaborates with other dietitians including referring patients to specialty-trained dietitians as appropriate.
Supports nutrition care across the healthcare continuum.
Participates in department continuous improvement projects.

Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
or registration eligible. If hired in registration eligible status, employee must successfully pass the Registered Dietitian credentialing exam within 6 months of hire to remain in the job.
For registration eligible graduates after Jan 1, 2024, completion of a minimum of a master's degree by an accredited university. Education is verified.
Completion of an ACEND accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics, Dietetic Internship, Coordinated Program, or graduate-level competency-based dietitian nutritionist program.
State licensure or certification in accordance with the primary state of practice requirement for Registered Dietitians. If the primary state of practice requires licensure or certification, this must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Experience in clinical dietetics, preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.
Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.
Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc.
For roles requiring driving: Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
COACHING
Coach 20 Hours of F45 sessions per week to the highest standard ensuring that all members are:

Performing exercises safely and correctly.
Encouraged and motivated in a vibrant F45 atmosphere.
Introduce classes and demonstrate all scheduled exercises with appropriate modifications as needed.

LEADERSHIP
Develop, evaluate, and train all studio coaches in accordance with the prescribed F45 training methods
Schedule all coaching staff to ensure adequate class coverage
Input monthly class schedule into Mindbody ensuring full class coverage
