Mr. Locoh-Donou has nearly two decades of enterprise technology experience, building a wide range of product teams, and operations around the world. He is well known for his ability to envision where industries are going and inspire organizations to identify and execute on future growth opportunities - especially in the areas of cloud, software, analytics, and security.

In April 2017, Mr. Locoh-Donou was hired as the President and Chief Executive Officer of F5 Networks, where he has refocused the company on Applications Services Software (including Security) for Multi-Cloud environments. He is also the only management member of the F5 Board of Directors. Prior to joining F5, Mr. Locoh-Donou held successive leadership positions at Ciena Corporation (from 2002 to March 2017), a network strategy and technology company, including Chief Operating Officer; Senior Vice President, Global Products Group; Vice President and General Manager, EMEA; Vice President International Sales; and Vice President and Marketing. Prior to joining Ciena, Mr. Locoh-Donou held research and development roles with Photonetics, a French opto-electronics company.

Mr. Locoh-Donou is also the co-founder and Chairman of Cajou Espoir, a cashew-processing facility that employs several hundred people in rural Togo, 80 percent of whom are women.

The foundation of Mika’s data-driven approach was firmly established during her previous tenure as Research Vice President at Gartner where she analyzed and forecasted trends in the technology market.

As F5’s Executive Vice President of Global Services and Chief Strategy Officer, Tom Fountain leads the company’s worldwide services organization, including global support, consulting, and technology services teams; as well as corporate strategy, corporate development, including mergers and acquisitions, and new business incubations.

Fountain joined F5 in 2018 from McAfee, where he was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. Prior to McAfee, Fountain held multiple leadership roles at Juniper Networks, including General Manager of the company’s Content & Media Business Unit and Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Earlier in his career, Fountain was a principal at the venture capital firm Mayfield Fund, the co-founder of network security firm Ingrian Networks (acquired by SafeNet), the founder and CEO of an outsource software development firm, and a faculty member at Stanford University where he taught electrical engineering and computer science.

Fountain earned a BS in computer systems engineering, MS in electrical engineering, MS in computer science, and an MBA from Stanford University.
