1995

With the acquisition of The American Precast Company in 1995, Fabcon gained a plant in Grove City, Ohio.

2000

The eastward expansion continued in 2000 with the addition of a third Fabcon facility in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

2010

In 2010, Jason Goldberg and Bradford Shellhammer originally created Fabulis as a dating social network mainly for gay men.

2013

Despite having raised about $150 million and a $1 billion valuation in July 2013, the outlook wasn't encouraging.

By 2013, when he sent the letter, his creations included Jobster, Socialmedian, and Fabulis, which eventually became Fab.com.
