Triumph Enterprises is currently looking for a 3D Printing and Fabrication Technician to join a contract with a federal government client with an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while serving a fulfilling mission. The 3D Printing and Fabrication Technician is responsible for working with the testing team to develop test articles that fulfill requirements and simulation of real-life threat objects.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work directly with our government client and support team members to:

* Coordinate the design and building of any test object required to support objectives
* Incorporate appropriate materials and material simulants into simulated explosive devices and threat surrogates, and physically be able to assemble a variety of threat articles at the assigned location for Inventory intake
* Working knowledge in electronics and other IED initiating type systems, and wide- ranging knowledge of military, commercial, and improvised explosives for designing and building realistic and functioning IEDs to support test operations
* Assist with test requirements as designated to supplement test plans
* Act as escort as needed to assist vendors or other personnel with laboratory access, or to perform area monitoring of functions/repairs in the 3D printing area
* Responsible for specification and ordering of purchased parts as well as raw structural components

Required Experience

* CAD certified training with in the past 2 years or proven current knowledge/experience
* 3D Printing certification or known training
* 4 years of relevant experience
* US Citizenship required.
* Full understanding of how to navigate dwg and dxf files for common manufacturing use
* Experience with the generation of manufacturing and assembly drawings

Compensation, Benefits, and Working Hours:

+ Starting rate of $22.12 per hour with an advancement up to $32.49 per hour

+ Shift Premium paid for rotating schedules

+ Ability to work productively within a range of temperatures

+ Ability to work rotating 12 hour shift schedule (nights and weekends) with assigned overtime or other assigned schedules

+ High School Diploma/GED required

+ A valid driver's license required

+ Successfully complete a pre-employment mechanical aptitude test and interview process required

+ Successful completion of background check, physical and drug screening is required
