Using a TIG-welding process (by machine) this person welds stainless steel cylinders; in addition, they will train to perform hand-weld repairs. What You Bring: * Experience in MIG welding (GMAW) and metal fabrication. * Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and production instructions. * Comfortable with hand tools and material handling. * Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we'll train). * Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependable attendance. Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the day. * Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 lbs. * Comfortable working with tools and equipment on your feet all day.
