Job Summary: As part of the Fabrication team you are responsible for a wide range of tasks to help ensure efficient operations. Typical duties include making hoses, maintaining production orders, organizing, and inspecting inventory.
Responsibilities:· Identify hose and proper fittings, locate correct crimp specs for each assembly. · Each assembly must be measured, cut, assembled, crimped, tested and tagged appropriately.· Responsible for filling customer orders in a manner which meets company standards by obtaining product of hose and related fitting from floor, shelf or bin location and ensures the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. · May operate materials handling equipment and light fabricating hand tools and welder or forklift. · Complete daily orders; identify, verify, and correct inventory; fill out paperwork accurately.· Ensure all hose assemblies are manufactured or repaired to the correct standard and within the required time frame to meet customer requirements.· Ensure hose assemblies are inspected and tested to the specified standard, with information recorded correctly.· Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.· Working closely with the counter sales associate to ensure the best outcomes for our customers. · Potential to be cross trained to be a counter sales associate as well.

The Manual Lathe/Grinder would join a team of skilled professionals in our Manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
· Setup, operate, and run manual lathes used to process components, occasionally using steady rests and 3 or 4 jaw chucks.
· Work from process sheets, blueprints or other written/verbal instructions to perform production tasks.
· Load machines manually or using a crane when maneuvering large, awkward or heavy parts.
· Setup and read micrometers, indicators, and calipers.
· Maintain machine and work area in a clean and safe manner.
· Check and inspect operation against predetermined tolerances.
· Work in other areas or departments as assigned for lathe work.
· Excellent communication skills are required to interact directly with Supervisor/ Application Engineering/Programming to collaborate on process improvements
· Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and pieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
· Stop machines to remove finished pieces or to change tooling, setup, piece placement, according to required machining sequences.
· Other duties, as assigned.

As a Welding Machine Operator, you will perform a variety of standard operations to operate a computer-controlled welding machine to produce welded wire mesh to meet production schedule requirements, meet all quality specifications, perform set-ups, changeovers and assist with routine maintenance. The Welding Machine Operator does not physically perform the welding, the machine does.
