Metal Prep Specialist / Welding Apprentice Department: Production / Welding Reports To: Production Manager and Welding Lead Rate: Non-Exempt / Hourly, $18-$19 The MTI Metal Prep Specialist is responsible for preparing metal parts and materials for fabrication, finishing, and assembly. This includes cleaning, grinding, sanding, deburring, and inspecting metal components to ensure they meet quality and production standards.
