Fabricator. We are a "Full Custom Garage", building custom vehicles, motorcycles, or anything that needs customizing new and old from the ground up. We take our customer's ideas and turn them into reality.
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and building a wide range of vehicles from various stages. Our fabricators must be able to weld and execute metal repair with ease and efficiency, as if it is second nature. Custom design ques of vehicles in an efficient manner. You must posses strong attention to detail and pride in your work. We do not use jigs, this is full customization.
This is not an entry level position.
We
require two years of related experience
, in automotive fabrication and welding, strong verbal and written communications skills, problem solving abilities, ability to think outside the box when mocking up and fabricating, cleanliness and organization is a must!! Ability to work both individually and with a team. Basic tools for the position and a valid drivers license. This is a full, out of the box fabrication position.
Starting is a minimum of $30 to $40 an hour, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday no weekends.

Perform preoperative / post maintenance verification inspections to ensure that equipment is intact and is free from build-up or other contaminants and as necessary for post maintenance / pre-operational line clearance.
Verify the function of processing equipment and product testing equipment according to the food safety program (i.e., magnets, etc.).
Process Modifications / Equipment Replacement:
Verify sanitary design standards are utilized when performing process modifications or equipment replacements.
Manage the inspection approval process when commissioning new processing equipment.
Work with management to verify that calibration records are current for food processing and product testing equipment.

POSITION SCOPE

We are looking for a Millwright/Fabrication Welder to join our team, they will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairing equipment. They will be expected to utilize their welding expertise to fabricate and assemble various metals/equipment as needed.
Millwrights must be able to preform proper assembly procedures, safely operate any equipment, and have the ability to produce quality work under pressure - specifically during plant shutdowns. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, adhere to EPA, OSHA, and local requirements regarding safety and handling hazardous materials. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, punctual, reliable, and be a hard worker in various weather conditions.

POSITION SCOPE
The Welder is a safety sensitive position that will perform various welding duties on the manufacturing of new equipment and the refurbishing of heavy equipment in a climate-controlled shop under the direction of the Shop Foreman. Welders work Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Occasionally, there may be some overnight travel required with this position.
PRIMARY DUTIES

* Operate basic shop equipment, including shear, press, iron worker, etc.
