Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 8 years of welding and cutting experience, to include TIG/MIG and cutting equipment such as plasma cutters and saws. 2+ years of management, lead, or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, or welding environment. Highschool diploma required, trade school or certifications preferred. Experience working with enterprise systems, data input, and reporting preferred. Understanding of fabrication process and blueprints/schematics. Forklift and Safety certifications a plus. Physical Demands: Role will require walking and standing for extended periods, sitting at a computer desk, lifting at least 20lbs, hand-eye coordination, climbing or kneeling. Environment is industrial, has areas that may not be climate controlled, and require noise protection due to loud equipment.
