Who We're Looking For:

Level 1 - Apprentice ($21-$25/hr)
Mechanically inclined and serious about a future in fabrication. You're learning layout, welding, and equipment under guidance.
Level 2 - Intermediate ($26-$30/hr)
2-4 years of experience. You've run shop machinery, done layout and MIG welding, and you're building consistency and confidence.
Level 3 - Junior Foreman ($31-$35/hr)
4-6 years of experience. You know the job inside and out and are starting to lead others while maintaining high-quality output.
Level 4 - Foreman ($36-$40/hr)
7+ years in the trade. You lead by example, run jobs, train the team, and ensure the shop hits deadlines and quality benchmarks.
What You'll Do (Based on Level):
Operate brake presses, shears, layout tools, welders (TIG/MIG/Stick/Laser)
Read and execute work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings
Support and/or lead production jobs
Train up or mentor down-depending on where you are
Take ownership of quality, safety, and production flow
What You Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license

Welders are expected to follow technical drawings and specifications to ensure that all work meets Holtec's rigorous quality standards.
Minimum required qualifications include:
