Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7-10 years experience in learning and development experience, career development, adult learning theory, and growth mindset concepts 7-10 years of program management experience 7-10 years effectively developing curriculum development, facilitation, and program management 7 - 10 years experience with 360 assessments, certification preferred 5 - 7 years experience with talent development technologies including Adobe Suite, AI productivity tools, and content creation platforms.
