The average employee age for facilitators is 44 years. The facilitator workforce reached a whopping 26,615 in 2020!

Among facilitators, we discovered that 58.8% of them are women, while 36.0% are men. The most common race/ethnicity among facilitators is White, which makes up 68.2% of all facilitators. Comparatively, there are 14.2% of the Hispanic or Latino ethnicity and 9.7% of the Black or African American ethnicity. The majority of facilitators are located in NY, New York and IL, Chicago.

Facilitators are more likely to work at private companies in comparison to education companies. Taking it a step further, facilitators are more likely to find a job in the education industry. Looking at facilitator statistics, we found was that New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington, Rhode Island and New Hampshire are where facilitators find the highest salaries.

From where do we know all information about facilitator demographics? We analyzed 39,390 facilitators resumes to find out what the average demographics are for the job position. Just to be clear, by demographics we mean the study of population-based factors like age, race, and sex. On top of scouring through resumes, we also took note of job proposals from employers and Census Bureau data. And guess what? We found some pretty interesting information.
