The Test Development Specialist is responsible for the full cycle of development for Licensure Examinations which adhere to the requirements detailed in each client's contract and industry practices. The Training Specialist is responsible and accountable for the design, implementation, delivery, and administration of initial and ongoing employee education. What you will do...
• Manages the full scope of training program(s) across the entire plant - concept to implementation.
• Analyzes training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
