ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Develop and continually revise curriculum that includes multicultural perspectives, core abilities, and technical content to meet industry or regulatory standards.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide welding training which is customized to meet the needs of a marine manufacturing organization in a flexible work-based environment on/or off campus.
* Manage the instructional process and associated curriculum review and development, and student advising within the area of training.
* Train on courses in, Blueprint Reading, Welding (Cutting, Visual Inspection, SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW), Metal Fabrication, and related Math.
* Respond to emergency situations as needed and/or assigned for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
* Assignments for this position are specifically located in the Sturgeon Bay area unless customer needs require training at other locations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
* Two years successful direct occupational experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related work experience required. Must pass Practical Welding Testing
* Recognized Welding Certifications preferred, i.e., Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), Certified Welding Educator (CWE)
* Knowledge and familiarity of ABS American Bureau of Rules; Steel Vessel Rules, Rules of Building and Classing Aluminum Vessels, Guide for Building and Classing High Speed Naval Craft preferred.
* Knowledge of weld safety, codes, blueprints, various metals and alloys.
* Manage classroom and shop/lab ensuring a productive and safe learning environment. May need to conduct weld test to applicable code and assignments training and testing in business and industry.
* Develop and deliver customized welding training required to weld within a naval vessel.
* Identify and request equipment and supplies needed for the class.
* Must be able to weld out of position.
* Ability to work non-standard hours including evenings and weekends when requested.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description
The FIRE Program Facilitator will facilitate fatherhood curriculum-based workshops both in person and virtually. This position will maintain current availability of clients for class and work with program management to set up class schedules. The FIRE Program Facilitator will be expected to attend community Fatherhood and Family events on behalf of the agency and foster relationships with local agencies and organizations to expedite service supports. This position will work with the reintegration team, Goodwill personnel, external community providers, stakeholders, and other identified partners to ensure quality service delivery.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Facilitate father-centered in-person and virtual workshops, focusing on the participants' needs.
Maintain up-to-date, accurate record keeping for all participants including documentation and data entry in individual participant's files, electronic files, databases and required reports.
Provide facility and community-based presentations to recruit eligible individuals into the FIRE program.
Deliver and document ongoing participant-centered service coordination in accordance with the service plan.
Attend various community Fatherhood and Family events on behalf of agency and program.
Foster relationships with local agencies and organizations necessary to expedite service supports such as D&A assessment and counseling, Mental Health Evaluations and counseling, Domestic Abuse assessment and referrals for each client.
Follow guidelines for all applicable regulatory entities such as Department of Public Welfare, Department of Labor, and PA Department of Education, and correctly complete and submit required and requested program documentation.
External Hiring Range: $36,036.00 up to $37,477.44/year
Schedule: Monday through Friday, evenings, and some weekends will be required. Schedule can vary depending on department needs.

Position Summary
The Studio Facilitator supports resident artists by facilitating their creative processes, providing technical guidance, and encouraging professional growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in visual arts and is deeply committed to accessibility and artist-centered values. You will work in a collaborative environment to ensure each artist has the tools and support they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
Provide individualized artistic guidance to studio artists with varying skill levels and abilities.
Encourage artists to explore new materials, techniques, and concepts.
Assist artists in preparing work for exhibitions, sales, and portfolio development.
Support artists in achieving self-directed creative goals and fostering an independent artistic identity.
Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe studio environment.
Collaborate with fellow facilitators and staff to ensure a cohesive and nurturing studio culture.
Assist with documentation, inventory, and promotion of artist work when needed.
Facilitate diverse engagement opportunities, including virtual sessions, in-home experiences, and community-based art events.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent experience in fine arts, art education, or a related field required.
Deeply committed to an active personal artistic practice and engaged within the local and national arts scene.
Knowledge of a variety of visual art media (painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, etc.).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with artists.
Reliable, flexible, and committed to working both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a community art studio or gallery setting preferred.
Basic photography or digital documentation skills for archiving artwork.
Must be able to pass required background checks, including Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
