What you will be doing:
Training Design & Delivery
Facilitate engaging training programs, workshops and learning experiences aligned with organizational goals
Customize content for various audiences, focusing on frontline staff. Utilize a variety of instructional methods - in person, virtual, blended - to meet numerous learning needs
Coordinate content into Elevate for career pathing and badges
Organizational Development
Support change management, team effectiveness and culture-building initiatives
Conduct needs assessments and organizational diagnostics to identify development opportunities

Ensure onsite training event activities are performed as per the “Event Readiness Process/System”
Ensure the Event Facilities are set up correctly and have the necessary equipment

Interface with local suppliers
Coordinate and block the instructor's dates & and timing in line with the training and workshop calendars.
Arrange for the training materials, manuals, hand-outs, and other instructional aids (Trainer Package)
Manage the training logistics (training room booking, access, photographer, etc.) and share detailed information with participants and trainers in advance.
Participate in the kick-off of the program, administer the essential program briefings, and calibrate with the speaker and stakeholders.
Monitor completion of training activities - Pre-work, Attendance
Ensure activation of registration link, roster and logistics management on the LMS
Communicate with the internal and external vendors and ready the Purchase Order.
Maintain attendance records and feedback sheets, issuance of certificates, etc.
Calibrate with the offshore team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
Ensure the smooth running of events as per the Program / Course Metadata in the CRM.
Follow the workflow/communication process on CRM and adhere to the case management process.
Experience and Skills
Experience in a corporate learning environment or performing event coordination services for corporate clients with customer-centricity in mind
Possess a “job permit” to work in a specific geography.
Proficiency in the English language

The Technical Trainer will lead a 12-week, in-person, instructor-led training program designed to uplift underserved communities by preparing students for Amazon Connect, AWS Fundamentals, GCP Associate-Level Certifications, and essential coding and cloud operations skills.

The Duties and Responsibilities:
Game Facilitation

Observe customers in the gaming area and provide an explanation, if necessary
Participating with customers in games if needed to ensure customers have an excellent experience

Check-In Facilitation

Verify appointment times and explain the check-in process

Maintenance and Inventory

In partnership with Child Care Resources, King County, and the Seattle Public Library, Kaleidoscope Play & Learn is a program for parents and caregivers of young children to learn and explore together. This facilitated program is designed to support the development of children's school readiness skills and to provide education and support for parents and caregivers. Play and Learn is a free program primarily funded by King County. Adults accompany children for the duration of the program. Play & Learn groups are structured with child-directed free play, coordinated group activity, and intentional caregiver learning.
Position Summary
As a Play & Learn Facilitator, you'll lead weekly Kaleidoscope Play & Learn (KPL) groups for children ages 5 and under in community-based settings such as libraries and parks. This role is perfect if you're looking for a part-time and flexible work in early childhood education. You'll even earn STARS credits toward your professional development, helping you build your skills and advance your career in early childhood education.

Essential Functions
Set up and clean up meeting spaces in accordance with DLEC's safety protocols.
Perform research, plan and facilitate weekly in-person and/or virtual Play & Learn sessions using developmentally appropriate and culturally responsive activities.
Lead bilingual or multilingual storytime, creative play, and group activities.
Collaborate with Play & Learn Coordinators and other staff to ensure alignment with program goals and funding requirements.
Engage with caregivers to provide coaching, share resources, and make referrals as needed.
Track attendance, document participant engagement, and support program reporting.
Participate in training sessions, virtual facilitation, and outreach efforts.
Identify and attend relevant meetings, conferences, and professional development opportunities.

About the Position
The Staff-Led Troop Facilitator supports Girl Scouts of Western Washington's mission by leading Girl Scout troops in partnership with local school districts and community organizations throughout our Council-region. This role is focused on planning and delivering high-quality programming to youth in historically underserved communities, expanding access and engagement in opportunities that build courage, confidence, and character. We are currently recruiting for roles that will be based in the Tacoma School District.
This is a temporary, part-time (up to 19 hours per week), non-exempt role. Work is conducted on-site in Tacoma, so residency within the GSWW Council region of Western Washington within reasonable proximity to the assigned communities served is required. The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide facilitation, meeting and conference management, project management, and communications support to meet new requirements within the Department of Veterans Affairs. The VA's mission is to ensure federally recognized tribes and tribal leaders that veterans within those tribes will have access to the healthcare-related benefits and services to which they are entitled.
The key purpose of Healthcare Policy Facilitation Support is to act as a liaison between the VA, tribal leaders, and federally recognized tribes. The facilitation team must have an understanding of the healthcare benefits and services offered to all veterans by the VA with experience with clinical practice. Veterans are entitled to receive healthcare services and benefits following the end of their service, and in alignment with Executive Order 13175, the VA is actively working to ensure veterans, in particular, Native American veterans and their families, receive those services and benefits they need.
Healthcare Policy Facilitation Support Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and primary role is to provide support to the VA and federally recognized Native American tribes by planning, coordinating, and facilitating meetings throughout the contract period. Group Meeting Agendas - work with clients and stakeholders to develop agendas (adequately estimated for time frames) that will achieve stated goals and objectives. When desired, and as needed, introduce dialog, decision-making, and other communication models and tools as part of the agenda or as just-in-time training to enhance the process and achieve desired results.
Client Conference/Program Participation - select appropriate methods and tools that will enable participants to achieve results. Listen and proactively respond to client and stakeholder intentions and desires to enhance the process and achieve desired results. Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY:
Refugee, immigrant and other migrant families face unique challenges and barriers, as they navigate new social and cultural environments, past traumas of seeking refuge and migration, and other systemic issues and barriers to accessing equitable opportunities of access to resources and supports. World Relief's Early Childhood Programs (ECP) aims to ensure all immigrant and refugee children & their families have equitable access to services, resources, and opportunities to a thriving early childhood and strong kindergarten readiness skills for a successful start at the school system and beyond. The WR Community Play and Learn Groups Facilitator will support facilitating our weekly community play groups (Kaleidoscope Play & Learn groups) for children ages 0-5 years of age and their parents, at our program locations in South King County and North Seattle. During the summer, this position will support the early learning programs, such as the WR Kinders Camp in areas of classroom teaching, and parent and volunteer engagement tasks, as needed.
This position is scheduled for 12 hours per week.
Play groups are currently being scheduled for Thursday and Friday mornings each week. In addition, staff may be required to attend at least one additional Wednesday morning for staff meetings. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as primary facilitator for the weekly Kaleidoscope Play and Learn (KPL) sessions with children ages 0-5 years and their parents in two program locations - South King County and North Seattle.
Plan session activities ensuring the program goals are met, and that KPL goals, outcomes and practices are integrated to support positive early learning outcomes for participant families.
Ensure playgroup space has appropriate materials and equipment needed to support planned activities.
Maintain student attendance and parent sign-in records.
Keep classroom organized, clean, neat, and safe for children.
Foster a positive and respectful learning environment, scaffolding and modeling positive interactions with children that reinforce healthy and developmentally appropriate caregiver support.
Support volunteer engagement through timely communication and supporting volunteers supporting the play groups and other ECP programs.
Organize and facilitate family engagement events for participant families to help build more strong and positive social connections.

HTS provides training, mentoring and coaching utilizing strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills informed by adult learning theory to foster an engaging learning environment, which is expected to yield role proficiency within prescribed time limits.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive statewide HCA training programs and materials, including instructor-led training, one on one coaching, and other resources to support learner success.
Ensure training programs adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of training for caregivers - including live, conference calls, video recordings and written formats.
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions that may include in-person or virtual training.
Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different learning styles.
