Responsibilities Lead and execute the transformation and sustainability of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program across the Americas organization. Train, mentor, and coach site leadership teams and maintenance personnel on TPM principles, tools, and methodologies. Support plants in data-driven decision-making-using root cause analysis, condition-based monitoring, and predictive analytics to improve performance. Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Operations, Engineering, and Corporate Leadership to align TPM with business strategies. Develop and maintain standardized documentation and methodology to ensure consistent TPM deployment across all MCC sites. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure TPM integration with plant safety systems and risk mitigation initiatives. Manage department budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track performance to business priorities. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). Eight or more years of experience leading Maintenance and Reliability programs, with proven TPM deployment expertise. Strong working knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles, strategies, and tools. Expertise in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Proven leadership and coaching skills; ability to develop high-performing teams and influence across a matrix organization. Experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies for process optimization.
