Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Serve as the main liaison between the Director, internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site personnel. Conduct project meetings, provide status updates, report risks/issues, and manage resolutions. Facilitate client dialogues, staff training sessions, and develop O&M documentation. Compliance, Safety & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and all local/state/federal regulations. Develop and enforce safety protocols and operational guidelines. Strong technical expertise across HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety, and power systems. Strong project management abilities: scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and risk mitigation.
