Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Capture and document building attributes, infrastructure, and FF&E-including square footage, ceiling heights, dock/door counts, specifications, condition ratings, and asset tags-to support facilities planning and ensure complete, accurate data upload to the CMMS.
Develop 10-year capital planning reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations to support long-range investment strategies and leadership communication.
Coordinate with Portfolio Strategy, Real Estate, Project Management, and Enterprise Facilities Management to align findings with business objectives (e.g., acquisition, lease renewal, reinvestment).
Validate and review third-party PCA reports for accuracy, relevance, and cost estimation integrity.
Ensure documentation meets regulatory, accessibility, environmental, and fire/life safety requirements.
Support internal partners by translating technical observations into actionable plans, risk mitigation strategies, and funding priorities.
Reassess previously visited facilities to track resolution of past issues and maintain current data in shared systems.
Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to enhance project efficiency and partner satisfaction.

Preferred Education, Experience and Expertise
5+ years of directly related experience with facility condition assessments, preferably at a corporate level with a mixed-use industrial/retail portfolio
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related subject area preferred.
Professional certifications such as CFM, MRICS, CCP, or CFCA preferred. Additional credentials in cost estimating (e.g., CEP, CCP) or asset management (e.g., ISO 55000) are highly valued.
Deep technical understanding of building systems and infrastructure (HVAC, MEP, envelope, life safety).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly document and explain findings.
Skilled in developing cost estimates using industry benchmarks and historical data.
Thorough, self-motivated, and able to manage travel-heavy field assignments

Serving as the facilities representative at operations management meetings and is responsible for communicating information back to the Apprentice Facilities Manager and Regional Facilities Manager
Providing field support and communication to the Development Department relating to Wynkoop and regional/market initiatives and needs
Assisting with communicating contractor deficiencies on re-investment or repair projects
Following all Development Department guidelines

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

Position Overview
Align seeks a highly skilled Revit Drafter with strong MEP drafting experience and a proven background in large-scale building projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Revit production specialist with the ability to create and manage models, layouts, and families, coordinating closely with MEP and design teams. Experience in data center environments is a plus, but candidates with strong drafting expertise in large industrial, commercial, or other complex facilities will also be a strong fit.
This role will focus on drafting and modeling mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a strong emphasis on data center white space layouts, power one-lines, and spatial coordination.
This is a production-focused role. You'll work within existing Revit standards and provide practical feedback on drafting workflows as needed.
The role is primarily remote with occasional travel (~10%) to project sites.
This is a full-time salaried position offering a base salary range of $90,000 - $110,000+ (commensurate with experience), comprehensive benefits, paid time off, paid training and performance-based bonuses.

The 25H Evaporator Mechanical Maintenance Specialist - Integration Management shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Desert Valley Dental is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance RCM Specialist to oversee insurance payment posting, claims management, patient billing, and revenue cycle compliance across multiple dental office locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely reimbursements, accurate billing, and optimized financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Insurance & Payment Processing:
Accurately post insurance payments for all office locations, ensuring correct write-offs, adjustments, and account allocations.
Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for accuracy and compliance with practice policies.
Monitor insurance payment trends and recommend workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Claims Management:
Ensure all offices submit insurance claims through DentalXChange on a weekly basis.
Collect and review weekly claim submission reports from each office every Friday.
Perform monthly follow-ups on all outstanding insurance claims over 30 days to reduce aging and improve collections.
Verify claims are submitted with required documentation (X-rays, perio charting, narratives, etc.) and meet payer guidelines.
Manage insurance denials, rejections, and appeals promptly to maximize reimbursement.
Patient Billing & Collections:
Ensure monthly patient collection processes are completed by all offices, including statement generation, follow-up calls, and payment plan monitoring.
Oversee patient billing accuracy and assist teams with patient account inquiries and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
