Part-Time Service Technician (20-25 hours) Frankfurt Place and Beaumont Place Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain positive interactions with residents and the public to enhance the community image and ensure superior resident retention. Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas including snow removal during snow events that may occur after hours and on weekends.
