Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. unless otherwise dictated; 40-45-hour work week; seasonal.
Job Location: 3500 Alum Creek Drive, Columbus, OH, 43207 - This position does not offer remote work capabilities.
General Overview: Assist in managing the inventory of the Field Service Department and tracking equipment entering and leaving the department daily. Responsible for preparing internal equipment orders and consumable supplies for pickup or delivery for field use. Assist in overseeing all yard activity with a focus on safety and organization. This person should consistently demonstrate Integrity, Gratitude, Excellence, and Leadership. This is a seasonal position.
Responsibilities:
Picks internal orders accurately and efficiently according to the needs of the Field
Packs orders securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit
Label items and equipment as needed to ensure prompt and accurate pickup or delivery
Receives Returns of small tools and equipment, verifies quantities, and inspects for damage
Confirms quantities and quality of newly delivered items
Assists in conducting regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
Keeps the field service areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
Collaborates with other team members to fulfill urgent internal orders and prepare them for pickup or delivery
Fulfills orders of small tools and consumable materials as needed
Gathers consumable materials for new hires as needed
Knows and adheres to all Company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, and climb for extended periods; ability to maintain balance and coordination on uneven or slippery surfaces; ability to follow verbal and written instructions; ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; ability to learn new skills.

Summary:
Environmental ServiceAssociates are dedicated to cleaning and maintaining defined areas of the organization. Provide customer service to all customers by cleaning and maintaining patient rooms, public areas and service areas by completing task that support departmental and organization processes. This cleaning and maintaining will be defined by specific job/task assignments.

Obtains assigned cleaning or maintenance request either from automated system, daily assignment sheet or verbal direction. Performs other functions required of the position, as assigned, which could include moving of beds or furniture required to service customers or execute the cleaning process. Must follow departmental/organizational processes to complete assigned duties. Must complete all paperwork needed to monitor departmental statistics.

Must follow direction and proper usage of all equipment used in job performance; to include cleanliness. Specific equipment will pertain to each job assignment. Notifies appropriate area through work order process and other defined paperwork to keep all equipment and misc. items throughout the hospital.

About the Position:
As a Materials ServicesAssociate, you play a critical role in our library's operations by ensuring appropriate and efficient processing and distribution of library materials. You are responsible for accurately organizing and shelving library materials. Additionally, you will provide basic customer assistance.

Summary:
The MCE Associate Attorney will assist the MCE Attorney in the completion of child welfare related legal work. This will include providing clerical support, legal research, document preparation, interviewing and scheduling of witnesses and caseworkers, trial preparation and covering hearings when requested. Essential Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Prepare affidavits, legal correspondence, routine complaints and motions, and other documents for the MCE Attorney
File motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures
Schedule meetings, case reviews, and interviews of caseworkers and other professionals involved in the child welfare cases assigned to the MCE
Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves case files which include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, and other items
Assist the MCE Attorney with trial preparation, which may include attending trials and hearings
Maintains a case log to ensure that motions, complaints, and other court documents are filed timely and in accordance with child welfare legal statutes
Assists in ensuring that legal service is complete
Represents The Village Network in juvenile court appearances; provides court coverage and takes a lead role in case litigation for the MCE Attorney as needed.
Participates in scheduled legal staffing's with service teams and attorneys from Franklin County Children's Services (FCCS).
Assists in defending and/or responding to appeals and objections on behalf of The Village Network.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Law degree, six months experience as a licensed attorney, and must be in good standing with the Ohio Bar Association.
Experience in family law, child welfare, and juvenile law strongly preferred
