Responsibilities: Picks internal orders accurately and efficiently according to the needs of the Field Packs orders securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit Label items and equipment as needed to ensure prompt and accurate pickup or delivery Receives Returns of small tools and equipment, verifies quantities, and inspects for damage Confirms quantities and quality of newly delivered items Assists in conducting regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels Keeps the field service areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Collaborates with other team members to fulfill urgent internal orders and prepare them for pickup or delivery Fulfills orders of small tools and consumable materials as needed Gathers consumable materials for new hires as needed Knows and adheres to all Company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned This list is non-exhaustive. Operate angle grinder, manual vertical band saw, pedestal grinder, mill and lathe and various clamps and fixtures. Basic manual milling machines operations is essential. Must own tools for daily tasks. Understand and follow company GMP/Safety Standards and policies Participate, as required, in safety and GMP training sessions, and other company training sessions COMPETENCIES Piping Knowledge of domestic plumbing, stainless sanitary piping, PVC pipe up to 4", Steam and condensate piping. Knowledge of all types of valves and functions. Including automated valve actuators. USP Water Knowledge of RO/DI water systems, ozone, T.O.C., U.V. light filtration. Boilers Understanding boiler operations, chemical feed system, condensate return systems, Y strainers and steam trap functions. Air compressor Knowledge of rotary screw compressors, air dryers, oil/water separators. Glycol Chiller System Knowledge of Daikin rooftop chillers, glycol/water mixtures, pumps, flow and temperature. Wastewater Basic understanding of Ph balance and levels HVAC Knowledge of rooftop AC units, exhaust fans, automated louvers, gas heaters. Hazardous Waste Understanding of E.P.A. waste regulations. Building Maintenance General construction ability. Repair drywall, light fixtures/bulbs, general bathroom repairs, painting, daily facility inspections and repairs, egress lighting, fire extinguisher inspections, storm water inspections. Tools Knowledge and ability to use all types of hand tools and power tools. Electrical Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage (12v thru 480v) electrical circuits, breaker box, wiring, arc flash regulations and associated amp draw.
