What You'll do

Obtain increased share of wallet by converting specifications, reverse engineering, and identifying new opportunities
Establish and strengthen customer relationships by communicating Hilti's Value Proposition
Conduct regular capture team meetings to provide direction and training on converting specifications to sales and on jobsite protocols and provide project tracking updates
Visit jobsites with salespeople, field engineers, fire protection specialists, or business developers to identify opportunities, understand complete project scope, and coordinate resources
Manage and maintain opportunity data in Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate tracking of due dates, value, scope, and segment to inform decision-making and drive strategic alignment.
Evaluate new opportunities with stakeholders and communicate decisions to pursue, delay, or shelve based on Hilti's capabilities, priorities, and size of opportunity.
Support respective business developers in building a legal framework around terms & conditions negotiation to reach a mutual agreement between parties while addressing legal rights, obligations and interests. Finalize and execute legal documents.
Present commercial offers for Prefabrication services, including hardware
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree, required; degree in structural or civil engineering, highly preferred.
Master's Degree in structural or civil engineer, marketing, or business administration, preferred.
2-3 years of trade, project management, sales or technical experience in relevant construction projects, required

The Role

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
8+ years of progressive field experience managing multifamily or large-scale construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, codes, inspections, and utility coordination; proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
Proven ability to supervise field staff and subcontractors, run progress meetings, and foster a safe, positive, and professional work environment.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to identify issues early and implement effective solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing daily/weekly reports, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining positive relationships with owners, contractors, and municipalities.

The Superintendent is responsible for all field operations, including the coordination of subcontractors' work. General Job Description:
In collaboration with other Area Superintendents and under the supervision of the Department Manager, this position will be primarily responsible for the oversight of the operations, strategic planning and personnel management of our General Forepersons and Forepersons within the sheet metal trade of the assigned area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all sheet metal field activities to ensure standards and productivity are met in an effort to achieve company goals.
Operations
Assist direct reports with:
Resource management
Proper team selection including assignment of Forepersons.
Project execution strategies and scheduling
Weekly project progress, health, and safety reports
Help to provide resolution of issues, challenges, and obstacles.
Execution of QA/QC protocols
Implementation of Safety Department's protocols
Implementation of corporate policies and procedures
Planning for successful project installation
Strategic Planning
Understand and support the strategic plan and corporate vision.
Ensure adoption and implementation of standard processes and procedures to achieve high level quality, productivity, and efficiency across field operations.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction operations (ie: installations, materials, equipment, personnel)
Ensure safety measures are up-to-date and communicated effectively to all field personnel in an effort to mitigate risk and reduce liability.
