    As a QA/QC, you will be responsible for Quality Control on work by crews involved in the installation or repair of electrical systems. The ideal candidates have a TDLR Apprentice / Journeyman license, previous QA/QC experience or a minimum of 8 years in commercial or industrial electrical construction, a solid employment history and demonstrate integrity and reliability. We are looking for career-minded candidates who are willing to learn and grow with the company. Responsibilities Performing Inspections of equipment as well as in-wall, ceiling, underground, and finals. Team with field leadership and the Project Manager on scope of work and installed work. Working with FSG personnel to make sure city and state inspections are successful. Performing Pre-functional Checklists (PFTs) of equipment. Keeping track of observations and punch list items. Monitors work as performed. Oversees the disposition of required office correspondence and administrative paperwork such as official forms, MEG Sheets, torque sheets and third-party reports. Assures compliance with all FSG Electric safety processes and protocols. Work with commissioning agents and customers QAQC to ensure all electrical components are installed per contract documents. Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree. Valid Driver's License. Valid TDLR Apprentice License or Journeyman's. Must be able to pass a drug and background screen. Ability to multitask while staying organized. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Positive customer service skills. Experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction. Ability to interpret electrical drawings and digitally use Procore.
