Mission Contribution:
Fulfills the agency's mission by making sure that facilities reflect a customer-friendly atmosphere by adhering to standards for image and safety.
Function:
To perform maintenance and janitorial duties for Goodwill Gulf Coast's administrative buildings.
Essential Functions:
1. Ensures World Class customer service by responding to the maintenance, security and janitorial needs of the agency in a prompt and friendly manner.
2. Unlocks Building for operation in the morning.
3. Changes, lights, ballasts, and ceiling tiles as need.
4. Operates various powered and non-powered hand-tools, including sanders, saws and drills.
5. Pressure washes and cleans windows, as instructed or required.
6. Maintains grounds, such as landscaping, cutting grass, using push lawnmower, riding lawn mower, weed-eater and edger, as needed.
7. Maintains landscaping flowerbeds and other campus trees.
8. Performs preventative maintenance and inventory on all tools and equipment and notifies management of when supplies are needed in a timely manner.
