About the Role DashMart is looking for a motivated individual that excels in fast-paced, physical environments, and is excited to roll up their sleeves and actively engage in day-to-day operations. In this role, your tasks will include: Inventory receiving and management: Accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper product rotation. Follow all HACCP, food-handling and spoilage management processes. Pick, pack and sort: Use technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Delight customers: Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app when substitution approvals are needed. Warehouse organization and safety: Maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. Complete all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management. Be a team player: Contribute to a positive working environment by bringing the DoorDash "one team, one fight" value to life in all you do. Work with the teams' goals in mind, sharing ideas, opportunities and challenges where appropriate. Essential Job Functions • Responsible for the running and troubleshooting for blow mold machines • Responsible for bringing machine up from a cold condition to a full production operation ensuring the container meets quality specifications • Retrieves PLC programming information, evaluate, and adjusts • Ensures adherence to quality standards • Performs daily set up and bottle size changeovers on all equipment • Will be responsible for quality checks and machine profile changes and associated documentation of those changes • Will be responsible for daily production records and quality control records for any and all lines assigned to operate • Coordinate process operations to ensure efficiency, including, communicate with production personnel • Must be able to keep up to date on process alterations and general procedures by reading logs, special procedures and posted notices • Responsible for housekeeping & maintaining a clean work area • Follows and supports all Safety programs The above statement describes the general nature and level off work only. THE POSITION: Sewing Machine Operator The Production Associate II produces components by assembling fabricated parts and subassemblies. Additionally, a Production Associate II may test and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Duties focus on daily labor, running equipment, and following written instructions. Assemble fabricated parts, components or units at floor stations. A Production Associate II may identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary. Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications. May team-lift up 50+ lbs. Work in a safe manner especially when lifting. * Must be honest, have a positive attitude, be respectful, dependable, have a good attitude and a proven record of reliability (2+ years at previous jobs).
