Collect and analyze data to identify sources of waste. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets to maximize return on assets. Promote shop-floor organization and plant cleanliness among all personnel. Provide direction, development, and leadership to Production Supervisors.
