What you'll do on a typical day:

Freight Operations Supervisors are required to:
Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally greater than 75 lbs.
Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
Walk and stand for extended periods on a loading dock that is not climate controlled
Work outside in inclement weather
Annual Salary Range: $59,202 to $74,003. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

**Job Description:**
The RPO Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of CTS personnel providing RPO support. The RPO Supervisor directs RPO schedules, monitors and oversees daily operations within area of responsibility, and ensures accurate and timely completion of RPO time cards.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. A well-trained Air Traffic Control (ATC) workforce plays an essential role in fulfilling this responsibility. The FAA employs more than 14,000 air traffic controllers. They work in air traffic facilities of varying sizes, safely separating more than 50,000 aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS) each day. To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. The FAA utilizes Contractor- provided instructional services at FAA ATC facilities throughout the U.S. and its Territories to ensure these training needs are met. The scope of the contractor-provided services includes all training and training program support to successfully train and prepare students to become fully certified air traffic controllers. SAIC must provide training and training related support services as required for all types and levels of ATC facilities.

Conduct monthly usage audits of chemical cleaning agents, and monitor par inventory levels performing inventory counts. Complete purchase requisitions for chemical acquisition.
Enforce, develop, and maintain safe working practices for all associates.
Schedule and track PTO, leaves, etc.
Lock and secure the building as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Verify any press or die issues are documented in PLEX (detailed explanation of issues and work/die requests are submitted)
Confirm presses are in a running condition before leaving (Blanks loaded, flipped, no die/quality issues, etc.)
Management:
Follow Environmental & Quality Policy and Work Instructions.
Responsible for the completion of documents associated with operations in their area
Verify all items (scrap, rework and downtime) are recorded correctly in PLEX and on hand written documents
Time sheets are filled out daily and correctly
Confirm all information is accurate and up to date (Op Stds, set-up sheets, QC sheets, gap sheets, etc)
Associate issues need to be addressed immediately and appropriately

Job Description
Work with production associates and production coordinator to maintain daily production in accordance with SOPs to meet customer requirements.
2nd Shift 3pm to 11pm & 3rd Shift 11pm to 7am
Principle Responsibilities:
·Provide line leadership and direction to production associates while assisting the coordinator
·Provide training and assistance to production associates to maintain optimum quality and uptime
·Support continuous improvement by leading KTA teams which will benefit associate development
·Perform minor maintenance of equipment to meet quality and uptime objectives.
·Work together with production staff to perform minor maintenance on equipment and line improvements.
·Conduct required quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements
·Provide input and support execution of process improvements
·Insure all inventory transactions are completed correctly and on time
·Provide backup as needed to fill vacancies within department
·Leads environmental and safety practices and improvements
·Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles
·Adhere to all company policies and procedures
·Complete all required line documentation throughout the shift
·Lead by example
·Other duties or projects as assigned
