We are focused on training broad spectrum family physicians who will serve the rural and undeserved populations of Idaho and beyond, and who will be well trained to help lead and advocate for their communities. We are one of the original Teaching Health Centers, and Boise residents train at 4 of the Full Circle Health clinics across the Treasure Valley. We have a large and robust family medicine faculty with multiple areas of expertise, and a strong, talented, enthusiastic resident body. We run 24/7 services at Saint Alphonsus (inpatient medicine) and St. Luke's (OB and pediatrics) staffed by our residents and faculty. Our clinics have multiple specialty offerings within family medicine, a strong procedural focus, and a large catchment area focused on undeserved and vulnerable populations as a Federally Qualified Health Center. Affiliated with the University of Washington School of Medicine and the WWAMI system, an appointment to our program will come with academic appointment at the University of Washington. We train medical students from the University of Washington, the University of Utah, and the Idaho College of Osteopathic medicine via third and fourth year clerkships. The position is a full-time, nine-month tenure-track position beginning as early as Fall of 2026. This includes teaching courses in the music core, including music theory, commercial music courses, and courses within the applicant's areas of training and inquiry. We are seeking an innovative and dedicated faculty member to contribute to our music department, focusing on teaching courses in the music core (including music theory and music technology), overseeing the commercial music curriculum, and leading the expansion of the commercial music program.
