The position allows you daily interface with customers and FANUC America Corporation (FAC) personnel in a technical training capacity. In addition, the instructor will interface with other groups within FAC to ensure that training materials being presented are in accordance with the latest information available regarding product development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide technical training for customers, distributors and employees.
Teach FANUC curriculum, the classes will contain the following:
Power Point Presentations with Objectives and tasks
Detailed Instructor outlines
Student outlines and handouts
Objective based exercises
Pre-test and post test
Use of simulators or machine tools
Report discrepancies between product and documentation to appropriate departments
Suggest improvements to the class curriculum.
Prepare and maintain classrooms, training simulators and laboratory and the training office area to ensure a “Best in Class” training experience for the students.
Provide feedback to improve FAC's employee culture and customer experience.
Provide support to customers and FAC departments by answering technical questions and advising appropriate action to resolve a problem.

* Assess student learning based on institutional outcomes, course goals and objectives in an unbiased, timely, and respectful manner.
* Hold regularly scheduled office hours (minimum of one hour per week for each three semester credit hour course) and be available to students on a regular basis.
* Work collaboratively with other faculty members, departments, and staff to develop a meaningful experience for students.

Required Qualifications and Skills
* An earned JD or LLM degree from an institutionally (i.e., regionally) accredited college/university, with at least 18 graduate semester credits in relevant coursework.

* One to three years of professional experience in business law.

You will be responsible for urologic tumor boards, contribute to clinical trials and research. Teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows will be a part of your responsibilities. Responsibilities:
Diagnose, treat, and manage cancers of the urinary tract and male reproductive organs, providing comprehensive patient care from consultation through follow-up.
Perform complex urologic oncologic surgeries, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures, focusing on both oncologic and functional outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical and radiation oncologists, to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
Lead and participate in urologic tumor boards and contribute to clinical trials and oncological research.
Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows, supporting academic and clinical education within the department.
Minimum Qualifications:
MD/DO Equivalent Required
Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology
Successful completion of a Urologic Oncology fellowship.
Current and unrestricted licensure in the State of Ohio required, prior to beginning the position.
Experience in working as a team of healthcare professionals and collaborating with them to ensure positive, effective patient experiences with our organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
