The Annual Security and Fire Safety Report

Position Overview
This Faculty member teaches upper-division Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) courses in Business to students pursuing a Bachelor Degree.
Courses may be taught in an array of teaching modalities: MDC In-Person, MDC Live (Learning Interactively in a Virtual Environment), MDC Online (online delivery) and Blended Classes.

* Teaches lecture and laboratory sections
* Evaluates and advises students
* Develops curricula
* Maintains department standards
* Recruits and participates in retention of students
* Serves on committees
* Performs other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed
* Doctorate degree in Business with 18 graduate semester hours in Business; or Master's degree in Business; or Master's degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Business; or Master's degree
* All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
* Documented experience with applied teaching and learning methodologies
* Ability to communicate effectively with students with a wide range of skills
* Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to work well with students, faculty and staff
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekend assignments
