Pros of working at Fair Market

Small company. Working Hours.

Cons of working at Fair Market

CFO, CFO, CFO -- she knows NOTHING about anything else in the company, yet gives directives on how to do things, knowing they are wrong and then unsure how to fix mistakes or place blame. Does not hold certain employees accountable for their actions.."don't make them mad"

Got the hell out of there!

What do you like best about Fair Market's CEO and the leadership team?

In my short time there, we had 3 different CEO's. Private equity group that owns FM has NO CLUE about this industry and it shows.

How would you improve Fair Market's culture?

CFO, get rid of family members who think they "own and run" the company. Get all family off the payroll for doing jobs employees within could do!

How did you prepare for the Fair Market interview?

DON'T INTERVIEW! RUN AWAY from this company!

Team work, great leadership with a vision to be better.
