CEOBio
Keith S. Walters
Ennis

I have been in charge of manufacturing plants or companies since 1982 with full P&L control. My experience includes multi-plant management, product launches, satellite operations, business development, union negotiations, plant consolidations, green field start ups, as well as bank, public audit firm and wall street analyst working relationships. I have been a CEO of a public company since 1997. My product knowledge includes automotive, metal forming and stamping, electronics, plastics, printing, apparel and a wide range of material bases. I consider myself \'process\' oriented as opposed to \'product\' focused\', which has enabled me the chance to manage very diverse manufacturing and supply chain entity's. I have been involved in over 37 acquisitions in the last 18 years, including negotiations, integration, and financing when necessary. Specialties include cost systems, company turn around and acquisitions. The integration of new acquired companies is a bigger consideration today than ten years ago. We spend time being sure the cultures of the two companies are a reasonable fit. Board Experience: I have been a Board Member at Ennis (NYSE) since 1997. I have been Chairman since 1998. Not many Board issues I have not experienced in the that time period with the extensive acquisitions, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, working with audit firms, banks, and Wall Street analysts as both a Board Member and CEO. Also served on the industry PSDA Board for four years. I have concentrated my time on Ennis Inc. and have avoided additional Board opportunities in the past. Going forward I may consider other Board seats as my time demands are more predictable at Ennis Inc.

Sheldon Lavin
OSI Group

As the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OSI Group, LLC, Sheldon Lavin has an extremely high profile in the meat and food processing industry. Sheldon Lavin also currently serves as the President of OSI International Foods Ltd. and remains actively involved in the company's many operations. Lavin has developed extensive industry knowledge since 1970 when he was involved in the financing of Otto & Sons, which ultimately developed into OSI Group. Under Lavin's vision and leadership, OSI Group quickly grew from a domestic food processing company to an international industry leader. OSI Group now has more than 60 locations across 17 different countries. In recognition of Sheldon Lavin's incredible accomplishment of bringing OSI Group onto the international scene and contributing to job growth all over the world, he was presented with a Global Visionary Award by India’s Vision World Academy on February 20, 2016. Lavin said he was honored and humbled to win such a prestigious award and is very proud of his life's work in helping OSI Group to grow into the international powerhouse that it is today. He has spent his life committed to the overall welfare of the company and its many employees. In addition to expanding the operations of OSI Group around the globe, the company has also received a long list of environmental and sustainability awards under Lavin's watch. This is something that Lavin hopes the next generations of corporate leaders will continue to prioritize. When asked about his long list of successes, Lavin says that he seeks to inspire the next crop of corporate leaders to dedicate themselves to growing their companies in responsible ways that contribute to the growth of global commerce and opportunities for their employees. While Lavin's words of wisdom are uplifting, he is not slowing down in the near future. He still finds time to remain very involved in charitable causes, such as Ronald McDonald House Charities. One of the things that Lavin is most proud of his career was that he was able to help raise three children with his wife and give back to the community while growing his company.
