    Job Description Manager of Wholesale Accounts & Product Development Reports To: Vice President of Operations The Manager of Product Development & Wholesale Accounts will be responsible for implementing our overall strategy to drive and increase sales through wholesale sales outlets. The Manager is accountable for all regular operations, the fulfilling of customer orders, and the support and management of departmental staff. In this position, the Manager must have the ability to work harmoniously and productively with all necessary teams to expand our entrepreneurial business. To achieve this, the Manager must be proficient working at both a strategic and operational level. Wholesale Vendor Relationships Duties & Expectations: Responsible for increasing external sales revenue through adding retailers and distributors for FOF branded products. Work on Recipe optimization with co packing partners to improve quality and taste Develop relationships with wholesale distributors to sell cheese to other outlets Attend trade shows and Dairy Expos to promote FOF product line. Focus on growing revenue through wholesale outlets. Orchards & Wineries & Other Local Businesses Conduct monthly inventory of products to ensure proper pricing and submit to accounting in a reasonable timeframe. Quality Control Duties & Responsibilities: Work with department managers to ensure all products with FOF brand have consistent quality, taste and flavor Help define specs for what products are worthy of the FOF brand. Work with department managers to ensure quality and consistency of prepared food at all retail locations at Fair Oaks Farms. Product Development Conceptualize and develop new food products or improve existing ones. Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, quality assurance, production). Formulate recipes and test product samples for taste, texture, and quality. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Future Growth Duties & Responsibilities: Promote Fair Oaks brand by attending customer events, food and trade shows, and hosting events on campus. Pursue the cutting edge of the market by consistently seeking innovation in new ideas to expand our online business and engage with customers. Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information by phone, email, and mail. Processing orders in a timely manner. Focus on growing revenue through online platforms Facebook, IG, Amazon, etc. Cross Marketing with other reputable businesses. Assist in new product development based on customer needs and customer vision. Other Duties & Responsibilities: Always present a professional image to customers and co-workers. Follow company policies and procedures. Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, POS terminal and other common office equipment and software. Maintain accurate purchase orders, take responsibility for accurate fulfillment, and review that billing is accurate. Maintain database and produce reports as needed. Accurately process customer transactions. Handle customer complaints, concerns, pricing, and service. Educate customers following orders to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements, Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) essential and preferred if in marketing or related field. MBA or higher education beneficial. Minimum of 3-5+ years in direct experience with Digital Marketing and eCommerce. Self-driven and embracing of the start-up environment to promote creativity and innovation. Keep CEO/COO informed of all issues (i.e. problems, unusual matters of significance and positive events) and take prompt corrective actions where necessary. Pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance. Ability to work independently with some direction. Demonstrated understanding of and application of effective selling strategies and techniques. Superior organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong analytical skillset to translate data into strategic business plans-seek the reasons the data exists as it does. Inventory Control Associate- PM ShiftThe team member in this position accurately maintains daily, weekly and monthly inventory levels in the WMS while maintaining proper inventory rotation and storage. Maintains and compute inventory balance by running and preparing reports of inventory balances, shortages and discrepancies. Organizes warehouse for efficient storage and material distribution per supervisor instructions. Maintain accurate inventory levels through daily, monthly cycle counts and annual year-end physical inventories. Assists in maintaining accurate inventory reports by sub organizations, RMA's, HFI's, and WIP. Expired inventory disposition identification (SLOB). Maintains product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO). Interacts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Strategy Design and implement special events that grow attendance and brand visibility.
