Principal Accountabilities

Consistently meets departmental goal for “Open Repair Work Order Average” to be less than 5 days.
Consistently meets productivity goal of 85% of worked hours are documented in the database.
Provides maintenance & technical support for assigned medical equipment including but not limited to Anesthesia Machines, Ventilators, Image Processing Units, Video Integration Equipment, Surgical Tables, Surgical Lights, Lab Equipment, & etc.
Manages time effectively to meet established department guidelines and not exceed department over time limit each month.
Coordinates outside support activities with vendors and clients to obtain completion of equipment support activity and ensures all activities are documented.
Maintains safe and clean workplace environment. Demonstrates knowledge and behaviors related to environmental, employee, or patient safety requirements.
Participates in Annual Technical Competency to establish future training needs.
Coordinates Nursing In-service on equipment operational issues to reduce Operator Errors while improving patient quality of care.
Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors, and adheres to all Memorial Herman policies, procedures, and standard budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory continuing and skills competency, supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization, serve as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.

Position overview:
The Maintenance Mechanic (Production Tech) must possess the desire and ability to manage, maintenance and repair automated production machines or equipment that performs one or more functions in the making of aluminum cans. The Maintenance Mechanic (Production Tech) works closely with an entire team, Team Coordinator, and the Team Leader.
Duties And Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Mechanic (Production Tech) responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:
Maintains and observes operation of machines and equipment to insure the production of high quality cans.
Inspects cans according to customer specifications. If specifications are not met, makes the necessary adjustment to insure the correct can's specifications.
Replenishes inks, oils, chemicals, fluids, or other supplies according to the requirements of each machine or equipment. If the machine jams, stops machine and makes adjustments as necessary: clearing away damaged or jammed cans, etc. If malfunctions of the machine are detected, stops machine and makes adjustments or repairs as necessary (see next paragraph).
Duties include operating forklift for materials handling. May include loading/unloading trucks or rail cars, warehousing, and staging materials.
Responsible for the mechanical performance of line and standard production output.
Diagnoses or troubleshoots machines or equipment to determine malfunction and the need for adjustment or repair.
Performs mechanical repairs and maintenance required for production such as: repairs or replaces defective parts, installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
Lubricates and cleans parts, installs, moves, sets-up and operates all types of machinery, equipment and machine tools, and perform any dismantling, fitting or assembly work required for plant maintenance.
Reads blueprints, sketches, machine parts or specifications to determine type and dimensions of stock required.
May operate manual machine shop equipment and work with close tolerances.
May repair electronic or electrical equipment: performing a variety of general electronic or electrical maintenance, repair and installation work.
May install, repair, construct, adjust, overhaul, calibrate and service all types of electronic and electrical equipment.
Responsible for all required paperwork of area or machine assigned examples: Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, logbook entries, and maintenance checklist for the body-makers; or bills of lading, inventory sheets, and warehouse tags for the warehouse area. Initiates purchase order for parts and machines.
Other duties as assigned by the team or management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
Must be available to work various shifts if needed and be able to work nights, weekends, and overtime to cover absences or provide additional support.
Must be experienced in maintenance and repair of production machines and equipment.
Must be highly skilled in troubleshooting and repairing machine malfunctions.
Must have significant experience in operating production machines.
Related work experience or technical training/school or technical degrees may be substituted for the required work experience.
Preferred Requirements
Three (3) plus years of experience as maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment.

The shifts are rotating with four (4) days on and four (4) off with the shift starting at 7:00 and ending at 7:00 (12 hours).Rotates from days to nights every two (2) cycles and vice versa.
The plant is hot when the weather is hot and cold when the weather is cold.
Will be assigned to different areas of the plant throughout a team member's work career.
Must be willing to work all areas of production and on any shift.
While performing duties, the team member regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
The team member frequently works in high, precarious places and may frequently be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration.
The team member may occasionally be exposed to risk of electrical shock.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Diagnoses vehicles according to the appropriate level of certifications/experience.
Performs work as outlined on the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy.
Performs complex and heavy-duty repairs.
Explains technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include the Store Manager, Service Consultants and/or customers.
Recommends services that are necessary to keep the customer's vehicle in running condition; properly documents all recommendations in customer file.
Follows all safety procedures and reports any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
Maintains appropriate ASE certifications and renewals of expiring certifications.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of automotive technician / mechanic experience
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to properly use computerized equipment for diagnostics.
Possess valid/current driver's license
Current ASE's preferred
Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays
Must be at least 18 years old
Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
The Master Automotive Technician / Mechanic will be exposed to moderate to loud noises, dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, petroleum products, vapors, caustic materials and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials. The temperature in the work environment varies and could include extreme heat and/or extreme cold depending on the ambient temperatures outside.
The Master Automotive Technician / Mechanic must be able to meet the following physical requirements:
Stand five hours per day and able to walk to gain access to various areas of the building
Bend, stoop, kneel and crouch regularly up to 10 hours per day; must have full range of motion with arms and hands and be able to feel, handle or finger objects frequently

Position Overview:
Staff position at our office in Rosharon Tx. Work under the direction of an estimating manager to generate complete proposals from receipt of RFQ to proposal submittal.
Position Responsibilities:
Preparation of proposals including cost, technical, and commercial responses.
Generate technical submittals required by client.
Complete accurate manual takeoffs of civil, concrete, piping, equipment, & steel.
Correctly interpret specifications for material and labor pricing purposes.
