You'll perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of machinery - including CNCs, burn tables, presses, overhead cranes, and welding equipment - while contributing to a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement. You'll partner closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, production teams, leadership, and external vendors to minimize downtime, improve reliability, and help build a world-class preventive maintenance (PM) program. SCHEDULE: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Overtime as Needed) RESPONSIBILITIES Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and material-handling equipment, including CNC machines, burn tables, cranes, presses, and welders. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues safely and efficiently.
