The only good thing is the schedule.

No training. The orientation is terrible. No room for growth. Low pay for the area.

I would start with orientation. Then I would have a training schedule for each new person. I would interact more with the floor people.

I don't think employees should pay for management insurance! The bell family has rapped people in Lenor for years. This is the most favoritism place I ever worked.

The HR person he can't give you the answer for any thing. 401k, insurance. The other person is over payroll boy you never get your pay on time.

Management. It's terrible the racism. Insurance is so high. The most you can possibly get is 2 percent a year. I don't know any one that got 2 percent most got nothing in the last 5 years I have been here.
