About the Role
The Executive Assistant will work closely with our CEO to help him stay focused on what drives revenue and business growth. You will manage his calendar, organize travel, prepare for important meetings, and ensure priorities move forward.
We are looking for someone who sees what needs to get done and steps right in. If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy supporting a high-energy leader, this role will give you a front-row seat to how decisions are made and how the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and commitments
Coordinate travel, lodging, events, and other logistics
Anticipate needs and handle tasks without waiting for direction
Conduct research and summarize findings clearly
Help create polished slides, documents, and presentations
Track follow-ups and ensure key actions are completed
Assist with personal scheduling and logistics when needed
Maintain strict confidentiality and use good judgment
Pulling and distributing reports on a weekly basis (each Monday)
Conducting employee feedback surveys
Managing recruiting activities, including monitoring LinkedIn responses, replying to messages, posting jobs, and coordinating interviews
Initiating outreach and relationships with regional colleges
Supporting marketing efforts by posting business-related content on social media multiple times per week and managing the company LinkedIn page
Creating one-page slide decks for applicants
Supporting onboarding for new employees, including managing new hire documentation

Responsibilities
Applications Engineer/ CNC Programmer
Analyzes and translates drawings and specifications of jobs to coordinate set-ups and operations in order to meet manufacturing and production.
Determines best-practice processes for various machining operations and designates the proper tooling to ensure quality and cost-effective product delivery.
Create tooling paths using CAD/CAM software and properly select the cutting tools that will be needed to generate code for various 3, 4, 5 multi-axis work for milling, turning, and grinding operations.
Verify tool path in Vericut Software.
Produce setup descriptions and tool lists for machinists.
Documents and establishes standards to incorporate engineering changes and improvements.
Provide training resources and training instructions of setup procedures and machining processes for machinists.
Participate in ongoing conversations with engineers, supervisors, and machinists to resolve any issues related to processes, quality, part completion, and customer satisfaction to aid in continuous improvement to eliminate operating problems, increase productivity, and improve product quality.
Participate in the conception and design of complex work-holding/fixtures/gages.
Work with tooling vendors to evaluate and obtain the best cutting tool technologies for high-temperature superalloys commonly used in the Gas Turbine Industry.
Develop prototypes and test new programs/methods working in a hands-on environment with shop floor personnel to gain feedback on potential improvements.
Assists Quality Department in identifying and correcting programming issues that led to non-conformances.
Provides time studies, router, and job cost review to ensure standards are up to date and being met.
Create and or maintain documentation of all types as required.
Follow work instructions, procedures, safety, and company policies as given.

Overview
Under general direction, is responsible for professional probation and parole work of average difficulty; and performs related work as required. This is the working level class in the Prob/Par Officer sub-series. An employee in this class supervises a caseload of probationers and/or parolees. This class is flexibly staffed with and differs from the Prob/Par Officer 1 in that an incumbent of the latter performs entry-level work. This class differs from the Prob/Par Officer 3 in that an incumbent of the latter is responsible for leading others in probation and/or parole work.
Responsibilities
* Prepares and maintains offenders' records and reports; identifies criminal activities and background information in reports or standard forms which answer special requests by the parole board; prepares narrative reports of the investigation process; total caseload activities when preparing monthly reports.
* Conducts searches of offender residences, vehicles, and person as required by policy and interview probationers and parolees regularly to evaluate their progress in accomplishing goals and maintaining the terms specified in their probation contracts and rehabilitation plans.
* Conducts pre-hearing and pre-release investigations and testifies in court regarding their offenders backgrounds and recommended sentences and sentencing conditions as required by policy and searches on state, local, and federal databases for incidents and additional information related to their offenders.
* Acts as liaison with judges, court personnel, law enforcement and other agencies concerned with the probation/parole program and who may have an effect upon the success of agency goals.
* Interacts in a positive manner with fellow employees and offenders to foster and maintain a respectful and harmonious working environment.
* Requests arrest warrants for non compliance by the offenders as required by policy and procedures and utilize compiled offender information in order to determine proper steps for treatment.
* Handles offender complaints and grievances quickly and professionally as required by policy and procedures.
* Investigates significant offender and staff related events to determine if incident reports are required by policy and procedures and assist offenders in decision making processes. Uses designated assessment tools to determine the offenders' risk level and frequency of needed services.
* Develops appropriate sanctions for offender non compliance with their conditions of release and develop a transitional accountability plan informing offenders of the requirements of conditional release, such as office visits, restitution payments, or educational and employment stipulations.
* Monitors the offenders under their supervision to ensure compliance with release requirements set for the offenders by policy and procedures.

JOB SUMMARY
Our Skill Assessment Specialists are child and family educators who provide assessment, education, training, and skill development to children with developmental disabilities and their families based on the requested outcomes identified. This a home visiting and community-based role within our CITE (
Community Integrated Training & Education)
Services program. Staff assess the child's skill levels and areas of need, create a treatment plan, followed by 12-18 months of weekly home visits to teach the suggested interventions to individuals and families.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Licensure/Certification (Specialty may include: Licensed Special Education Teacher, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, School Psychologist, Masters in Education, Masters in Psychology, Early Intervention Specialist, BCBA, ABA Therapist)
Three years of experience supporting people with disabilities. Knowledge and experience in the following areas: Assessment, Consultation, Collaboration, General Child Development, Developmental Disabilities, Positive Behavior Supports and Functional Behavior Assessment
In-home visiting experience preferred
A valid driver's license with no more than 5 points on driving record
Insured, reliable vehicle for on the job use
