Prior to joining Frank’s International in August 2015, Mr. Xavier worked at General Electric (GE) in various roles, including general manager of its Inland Empire Energy Center in California, director of development and assets in the global development and strategic initiatives group and financing strategy leader of Solar Energy. Mr. Xavier’s prior experience also includes roles as an investment banker at Jefferies and Co. in New York and London, development manager at InterGen (a Shell-Bechtel joint venture) and senior financial analyst at Ogden Energy in Hong Kong. Mr. Xavier holds a Master of International Affairs (MIA) from Columbia University, New York, a Master in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, and a degree in mechanical engineering from Madras University, India.

Experienced Electronic Technician with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Widely knowledgeable of marine electronics technology, interpreting technical illustrations and blueprints, Auto CAD, copper signal and fiber optic cabling and connectors, electrical wiring, safe and appropriate use of hand/power tools. Strong engineering professional with a Associates Degree focused in Electronics Engineering Technology from Durham Technical Community College.
