The Procurement Category Manager, Dairy is a key member of the Supply Chain Team. This role will play an integral part in developing long-term milk sourcing strategies across all current and future sites. Operate milk separating equipment in the processing department in a safe and sanitary manner following all GMP's. Operations include receiving/coordination of raw milk, separation, selection of skim milk and cream tanks/silos, running of HTST, monitoring and maintaining process controls of heat exchanger process variables and documenting accurate recordings of process parameters while in operation.
