Leadership and oversight of payroll and labor reporting responsibilities. This role is an addition to the existing payroll team with the intent of incorporating oversight of labor reporting and labor management involvement with all departments across property.
Payroll Processing
Reconcile and complete payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payments across all payroll cycles.
Support the payroll team in administering weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly gratuities, incentives, and other variable pay components
Prepare payroll journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with accounting standards.
Participate in and assist with group training sessions, including preparing materials and supporting employee education on payroll processes and systems.
Lead compensation and wage analysis, providing insights and recommendations to support market competitiveness, compliance, and internal equity.
Perform other payroll duties as assigned, supporting departmental needs and contributing to overall process efficiency.

Manage OT by working with agencies and departments using temps including reporting on “Approaching OT” for departments.
Establish and evolve processes for requesting temps
Partner with T&C in regards to open positions, labor standards, codes for Watson and maintaining Manpower
Drive accountability for proper labor management practices to include punch edit reviews and timely resolution, missing meal breaks, and overtime management
Hold leaders accountable for productivity goals
Actual versus Schedule variance review
Forecasting accuracy review and analysis
Compensation
Provide the analysis and competitive benchmarking data needed for the annual salary and wage increase process
Administer property wide incentive, upsell and commission plans
Liaise with third party consultants on external salary and wage benchmarking projects
Qualifications
3-5 years in hospitality accounting or equivalent experience preferred
Labor and cost control or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to multi-task in a complex, fast paced environment
Ability to craft a strategic path towards a best-in-class payroll and labor management department.

The Special Education Teacher provides services and support to students with special needs for the purpose/s of developing special education students' success in academics, interpersonal skills and activities of daily living by implementing district approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities, outcomes; addressing students' specific needs; providing a safe and optimal learning environment; and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals. Recommends and sells wine to guests on the floor.
Responsible for inventory and maintenance of wine cellar.

Executes and facilitates service in cooperation with other Sommeliers, Captains and managers.

Follows through and communicates with Management team/Chef on VIP procedures and special requests.
Conducts continuous wine training with service team and provides complete training for all new hires.
Participate in Pre-Shift meetings and learn new menu items, presents changes to WBTG.
Welcome all guests and ensure guests receive responsive, professional, and gracious service at all times.
Describes dinner features as needed (including changes and additions).
Answer any questions about the menu, specific food items, the wine list or any other inquiries the guest may have.
Liaise with server to ensure communication at all times about wants and needs of guests.
Understand the order taken by the server and any changes in the menu, dietary restrictions, food allergies, etc.
Assists the Chef in expediting the food to the dining room.
Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards.
Maintain a clean, safe environment all times in the Dining Room and all service stations.
Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant employees and guests.
Collaborate seamlessly with BinWise, Accounting, and Purchasing departments to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
Conduct monthly inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimal stock levels.
Log and tag bottles of wine as they are received, ensuring accurate record-keeping and ease of tracking.
Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records, facilitating streamlined ordering and reporting processes.
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS: In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the particular requirements of the hotel.
Training: take full responsibility for training new employees assigned by management, mentoring their wine knowledge and monitor their performance during the first 90 days of employment.
Also, develop and execute an ongoing training program for existing staff members.
Supervising: Supervise restaurant operation during service, maintaining full control of the sections assigned and monitoring guest satisfaction with regards to wine.
When needed, coach and counsel staff members in a constructive fashion to ensure high quality service.
Work with management in documenting employee performance for disciplinary action when needed.
Service Support: Support the servers, bussers and food runners in all aspects of service, including (but not limited to):Carefully inspecting the room prior to opening to ensure 100% compliance with setup standards and cleanliness Monitoring the staff presentation Greeting guests, presenting the menu and taking orders Delivering food, with special attention to tableside service Recommend, retrieve and open wine following restaurant's wine service standards Follow the directions of management in handling VIPs, and supervise that the server assigned performs the VIP instructions thoroughly Monitoring guest satisfaction, and obtain feedback from patrons Recording all information of the night and filling the log meticulously Any other tasks assigned by management.

* Transport only authorized children and adult sponsors to and from school sponsored events.
* Appoint assigned seats to students to ensure knowledge of who is on board the bus at all times.
* Acknowledge students by name and address them cordially as they board and depart from the bus.
* Treat all children in a civil manner, ensuring that no child is imposed upon or mistreated.

SALARY: Approved Certified Compensation Plan (Education and Experience)
Position Description: The school occupational therapy assistant, as a member of the educational team, supports the education of students. The COTA provides unique therapeutic services to enhance the goals and objectives of eligible students. The COTA is primarily responsible for implementing the therapeutic program prescribed by the occupational therapist.
Essential Functions
* Promote independence in activities of daily living (including dressing and feeding) through problem
solving, suggesting adaptations and observation of the student.
* Observe, problem solve and suggest positioning techniques to enhance educational participation and
maximize function.
* Consult and assist classroom staff through gathering and sharing information at team meetings when
requested.
* Discuss and exchange information about the students assigned with the occupational therapist.
* Utilize task analysis to suggest techniques to the educational team with regard to feeding, activities of
daily living, pre-writing, pre-cutting, and other skills needed for school performance.
* Implement the individualized/small group therapeutic program prescribed by the occupational therapist
based on goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents in order to share information and expertise to plan and
implement effective student programs.
* Assist occupational therapist in determining extent to which goals and objectives are being met by
collecting and maintaining data on individual student goals.
* Assist therapist in formulating new goals based on data analysis.
General Responsibilities:
* Assume appropriate roles as adult model, behavior manager and educator.
* Continue professional growth.
* Assume other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Experience: Graduation from an accredited program for occupational therapy assistants. Must possess current licensure as an occupational therapist assistant by the State of Arizona. Two years of experience as a therapist assistant or an equivalent combination of education and experiences (especially in educational setting is preferred).
