What You'll Do
As an LPN at Fairmount Homes, you'll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care. Responsibilities include:
Administering medications and treatments per physician's orders
Supervising nursing assistants and ensuring accountability to policies and procedures
Completing accurate nursing documentation and reports
Making resident rounds and monitoring resident status
Communicating updates, incidents, and concerns to the RN Supervisor
Assisting with admissions, discharges, transfers, and assessments
