This internship program is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to get a sense of what it takes to run a nonprofit program that services at-risk youth within the realm of child welfare. Responsibilities for the Weekend Miracles intern are as follows:

Qualifications:

Litigation Legal Secretary
Woodbridge, VA
Consilio's ELS Direct Hire Division is seeking a litigation legal secretary on behalf of a law firm in Woodbridge, VA. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized and have a strong understanding of the litigation process and supporting attorneys.
Responsibilities:
Draft, proofread and finalize routine correspondence.
Maintain attorneys calendar and send deadline reminders.
Proven ability and knowledge of filing procedures in VA and DC courts.
Review, update and edit attorney monthly invoices.
Submit expense reimbursements on behalf of attorneys.
Manage travel arrangements for attorneys.
Assist with discovery responses, trial binders and court dates.
All other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of litigation legal secretary experience.
Understanding of court filing procedures.
Must be able to work independently, in a high-paced environment.
Proficiency in all Microsoft products.
