While receiving leadership support from the Ecommerce Store Team Leader, the Ecommerce List and Merchandising Specialist advances our mission by listing donated goods for on-line sales. The Ecommerce Listing and Merchandising Specialist will align service delivery in a manner that is consistent with the mission, vision, values and brand of Goodwill NCW.
Key Responsibilities
Sort incoming product, research and check for details that would be relevant to each item.
Inspect each item to determine key details and flaws.
Photographs each item to visibly communicate all details about each item to potential bidders/customers.
Writes clear and concise item listings that communicates all critical details about an item to potential bidders/customers.
Researching products prior to listing as needed.
Accurately uses grammar, spelling, and punctuation in item listings.
Assigns each product to relevant inventory location.
Meets department production goals for listing items.
Develops personal product base of knowledge to reduce need for detailed research.
Performs research as needed to provide accurate descriptions.
Adhere to the established standard of quality for item descriptions and item photographs.
Cross-trains as necessary in other functions of store operations and assist as needed in other areas of the store.
Works M-F Day schedule set by supervisor in support of department.
Always maintain a professional demeanor to established dress code.
Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including production area.
Complies with all GNCW policies, including, but not limited to, reporting theft or misuse of company property or other illegal activities.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Properly store all in-kind donations and commodities each day, following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment, including the warehouse, loading dock, and storage areas.

The Role
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be providing 1:1 virtual follow-ups with customers as they learn to use their purchased products through the Learning Management System. You must be comfortable managing multiple projects and ensuring on-time deliverables while keeping internal teams and customers accountable through the Getting Started Journey. The Onboarding Specialist will have strong communication skills and will be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
What You Will Do
Manage the customers' Getting Started Journey.
Own the 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure learning content understanding.
Assist customers with value recognition in their purchased platform(s).
Act as a point of contact throughout the Customer Getting Started Journey.
Manage customer hand-offs between internal Bloomerang teams.
What You Need to Succeed
1+ years of experience supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and training in a virtual and/or on-site environment with a strong focus on customer onboarding best practices
Ability to serve as the primary contact between internal and external stakeholders helping ensure deliverables are met.
Organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and goals
A strong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and understand new software products and concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with using Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer data import files
Nice to Haves But Not Required
Foundational understanding of data migration processes
1+ years of project management experience with SaaS customer onboarding

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $40,000- $55,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws

SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR) is a model that helps individuals experiencing or at-risk for homelessness who have serious mental illness and/or a co-occurring substance use disorder or other severe medical impairments apply for Social Security disability benefits.
The SOAR Specialist will report to the SOAR Program Manager. The SOAR Specialist will assist with the coordination of the intake and referral process. This individual will assist with following up on all referrals, obtaining pertinent additional information, or performing SOAR services, including requesting and obtaining SSI/SSDI award letters and retirement applications. The SOAR Specialist's main duties will fall within SOAR applications, in which the Specialist will complete SOAR applications for eligible individuals within the program.
The SOAR Specialist must be able to work in the community and meet individuals experiencing homelessness. This position requires at least 2 years of experience working directly with individuals experiencing homelessness who have a serious mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorder; evidence of ongoing training and education in related areas such as mental illness, substance abuse, and/or homelessness; an ability to work in non-traditional settings and unstructured environments; and a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record. The position requires someone who is organized and has the ability to prioritize tasks quickly. The SOAR Specialist will also attend any certification training as required by the state.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete initial applications using SOAR Critical Components, including:
Complete interviews with individuals to gather information to complete SSI/SSDI applications.
Gather medical records and other information to complete SSI/SSDI applications.
Write SOAR Medical Summary Reports for individual applications.
Accompany individuals to appointments at the Social Security Administration.
Coordinate visits to medical doctors, psychiatrists, and other specialists to obtain evidence for the application.
Complete Reconsideration applications using the SOAR Appeal Toolkit when/if appropriate for clients of Heading Home.
Communicate updates and issues that arise with HH SOAR Program Director.
Track and record progress and present regular updates to supervisors and clients.
Record Track SOAR Application results in Outcomes Application Tracking and internal data systems.
Coordinate case management services with partners and help with providing case management services to individuals when needed.
Runs referral system by migrating referrals to database, contacts referrals to schedule assessments
Assist the team with administrative tasks as needed.

Certification as a Peer Specialist is preferred.

Lived experience of homelessness or mental illness.
Familiarity with Social Security Administration's Listings of Impairments.
Cursory knowledge of medical and psychiatric terminology and the ability to write using the same.
Minimum one year of experience providing outreach and successful engagement to a diverse population, including working with clients, developing trust, and conducting interviews in non-traditional settings and unstructured environments.
Other Requirements:
Frequent travel by foot, car, or other means is appropriate for making contact with the population.
Must be able to adjust to the environment of the target population, including making visits to encampments, shelters, and personal living environments when needed.
