Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts with craft supervisors and subcontractors. Monitor and review job costs with the Project Manager, identify issues and determine solution for maintaining the project(s) budget. Communicate and enforce Safety and Health Management in compliance with OSHA standards and company policy. Responsible for Traffic Control and set up any special needs such as safety equipment, TCP, or any other items to protect workers and enable them to work in a safe environment. You are responsible for safety on your projects and making sure all personal including subcontractors are working within our safety requirements. Review project schedules and update with the Project Manager. Manage schedules, including preparation of detailing short-term (4-week) schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates. Meet with Trade Superintendents, Foreman, and Subcontractors regularly to go over safety, schedule, execution plan, and production goals Inform the Project Team and General Superintendent on any changes in schedule, equipment break downs, safety violation, or any other problems that might affect the well-being of the employees, project budget, production, or work quality of the project.
