Job Summary

As an Associate Renovation Draw Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a thorough analysis of renovation draw mortgage loan file through time sensitive and accurate onboarding with attention to loan product type, construction project involved parties, scope and permit requirements.

Essential Job Functions:

+ Implementation and onboarding of renovation loan portfolio along with department administrative duties to include, but not limited to:

+ Reviews file checklist to identify and account for all hard and soft cost designated fees set for the renovation budget escrow deposits.

+ Reviews at loan level the Maximum Mortgage Worksheet, Closing Disclosure, and Funding Wire Worksheets to reconcile escrow and account for all renovation fee transactions.

+ Works to resolve and recover any discrepancies in a timely manner to ensure time sensitive onboarding.

+ Review Security Instrument recorded copy of residential construction contract lien was obtained on properties located in the state of Texas.

+ Works closely with title, closing, and funding contacts.

+ Monthly reporting to identify completed projects and coordinate with the final docs' department to request lien releases as verified recorded.

+ Renovation loan on-boarding. Mapping of the renovation loan budget, loan file information and closing documentation. Identifies possible risk and red flags associated with loan management.

+ Demonstrated experience researching information and problem solving

+ Pipeline assignment with attention to loan program, threshold and capacity.

+ Replacement Contractor approval and validation

+ MSR monthly delivery of draw document packages for completed renovations.

· Advises on and provides training to the organization's Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll Departments on various employment law issues, including but not limited to wage and hour compliance, compensation, employee relations, immigration compliance, unlawful discrimination claims, leave of absence and accommodations, terminations, reductions in force, benefits, and personnel related subpoenas.

· Serves as contact for the Human Resources Department for employment eligibility matters (i.e., I-9, E-Verify, Employment-based Visas, etc.).

· Reviews and drafts contracts for the Human Resources Department, including separation agreements, retention agreements, benefit related agreements, and staffing agency contracts.

· Reviews employment agreements for applicants and advises on the risk of hiring in light of non-competition and non-solicitation provisions; meets with applicants and hiring managers to discuss the same.

· Manages and investigates charges of discrimination and other complaints filed against the company and represents the company in regulatory agency investigations and claims, including drafting position statements and responses to requests for information for charges of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims.

· Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure the company's compliance

· Oversees and assists with employment litigation handled by outside counsel and by the in-house litigation team to cost effectively achieve results

The IT Software Architect provides architectural direction through recommendation to implementation for software engineering building software solutions using HTML, CSS, Angular.js, Node.js, Java, C#.net and SQL databases.

Essential Functions

  • Defines and implements software architecture designs/patterns including but not limited to coding standards and examples, domain driven designs, microservices and prototypes to ensure consistent repeatable implementations by the software development team
  • Remove mundane tasks by automating and/or standardizing solutions which can be centralized and built once
  • Leads peer code review process to monitor adherence to department designs and patterns
  • Provides broad understanding of platforms and applications across multiple technologies
  • Ensure all support tasks conform to established standards, this includes incident management, communications, IT compliance and risk management
  • Ensure performance meets or exceeds business user/customer SLA and expectations

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience estimating timelines and requirement discovery focused on web and a service oriented architecture environment
  • Experience designing and implementing API gateways and ESB solutions using from the ground up
  • Ability to define, maintain and monitor standards through use of peer code reviews and automated processes to ensure compliance
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of various application software technology paradigms; e.g. web, microservices, SOA, APIs, ETL and supporting programming languages
  • Demonstrated ability in applying programming and testing techniques and tools such as debugging
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Advanced technical skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the functional design and architecture of application systems across multiple technologies and platforms

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Equivalent education and/or relevant work experience may be accepted in place of specified experience and/or educational requirements.
  • 7+ years' experience of development experience architecting solutions using the following languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular.js, Node.JS, Java, C#.Net
  • 7+ years' experience in middleware and platform experience with Web Services (RESTful / SOAP)
  • 7+ years' experience defining and implementing database designs for SQL Server
  • 7+ years' experience in all phases of development and supporting software products and technologies and associated methodologies
  • Experience working in an Agile environment: Scrum and Kanban
  • Demonstrated experience with DevOps and CI/CD technologies, such as JIRA, Confluence, Crucible, BitBucket (or other Git server), and Jenkins
