Underpaid and overworked
They didn't really have any perks and will constantly lie to ya.
It's a very toxic work environment. Management has a gossiping mentality, and it's not a helpful environment. People are rewarded for finding fault, and not actually helping. It's shocking how easily people lie, and find blame
I am not sure, because I never for this company not the management is very poor. There has been a lot fraud and break in Americus and some of us request camera for safety but they never put any out there.
The favorite is that, they have one bath in a half.
I do believe could improve only we had better management.
