Faith Academy company history timeline
In 1970, Typhoon Yoling caused significant damage, but the school was reconstructed.
When the school began in 1983, no one could foresee the tremendous growth the school would undergo.
In June of 1997, the whole school moved into the building on 437 Matheson Avenue and the 600 Jefferson Avenue building was rented out to another Christian school.
In the fall of 1999, Faith Academy opened its doors for the first time, welcoming 82 students to the campus.
In 2005 Faith Academy extended their ministry partnership with Union Gospel Mission by adding an elementary school at 220 Pritchard Avenue.
In 2008, the Davao branch combined with a high school called MICA (Mindanao International Christian Academy) and changed its name to Faith Academy Mindanao.
In 2013, this campus was closed and students are now bused from Stonewall to the Winnipeg campuses.
In 2015 this second school became its own entity and renamed itself Faith International Academy of Davao.
In the fall of 2019, Faith Academy of Marble Falls will celebrate its 20th anniversary.
